Baltimore Village management team can assist you at all stages from acquisition, Co-living design, Construction management, Furnishing, Leasing, and maintenance of your Co-living rental property.


Getting started

We can help you get started ,still got construction to do? during construction, our dedicated project manager helps track progress and guide your team to co-living specifications that drive top returns and efficiencies. We work with investors private contractors but “must approve quality” for co-living approval and compliance. Our Additional service includes installing low voltage plan for Wifi, cable and security systems.

Our co-living units are fully furnished for the convenience and comfort of our tenants. To cut your cost and accelerate home leasing, our teams “prefer” to design, source, and procure all furniture, fixtures, and loose equipment for the project. This includes the design layouts, procurement, and logistics management, along with the final installation for a turn-key handover and seamless opening day.
